đThe Dictator Playbook: Step 3 â Rewrite the Words
How to Win the Argument Before It Even Begins
(By Donald J. Trump â Master of the Deal, and now, the Steal)
You think words have meaning? They do. They mean whatever I say they do.
The secret isnât just what you sayâitâs how you say it. You donât have to silence the truth if you can make the truth mean whatever you want.
Call them âpatriotsâ when theyâre loyal to you. Call them âtraitorsâ when theyâre not. Justice? Thatâs just what I say it is.
Reframe the narrative. Twist the words. Redefine everything. The more you change the definitions, the harder it is for anyone to fight backâbecause they donât even know what the fight is about anymore. Theyâre too busy arguing about the dictionary.
đŻ Debate? Distract. Meaning? Rewrite. Victory? Redefine it.
And the best part? Every time they think theyâve caught you in a contradiction, just say, âThatâs not what I meantâ or âThey took me out of context.â Works every time.
This isnât about language. Itâs about control. And the dictionary? Thatâs your battlefield.
Forget transparency, forget clarityâwhen the words donât mean anything, you can do anything.
đ Congratulations on Completing Step 3! Hereâs What Youâve Accomplished So Far:
(By Yours Truly â Donald J. Trump)
Redefined the Language Like a Pro â You made âpatriotâ mean âmy fan,â âfake newsâ mean ânews I donât like,â and âlawâ mean âwhatever I say it is.â (Just look at the ralliesâwhen I call someone a âpatriot,â the crowd roars. When I say itâs âfake news,â everyone boos. Beautiful.)
Trapped Opponents in Semantic Quicksand â While they argue definitions, you move the goalposts. (Remember the âperfect phone callâ? They debated the meaning of âpressureâ while I just kept saying, âIt was perfect!â Genius.)
Weaponized Words â Criticism became âdisloyalty,â investigations became âwitch hunts,â and truth became âalternative facts.â (I mean, âalternative factsâ? Thatâs not just spinâthatâs branding. Everyone loved it. Election fraud? Itâs called winning bigly. Even when I lose.)
Mastered the âOut of Contextâ Defense â Anytime youâre caught, just say, âThatâs not what I meant,â or âThey took me out of context.â (Itâs how I handled the âstand back and stand byâ lineâjust say they misunderstood. Works every time.)
Made âLaw and Orderâ Yours Alone â Turned the phrase into a personal slogan, while dismissing actual investigations. (âLaw and orderâ means they protect me, not prosecute me. Remember the chants: âLock her up!â Thatâs my version of justice. Insurrection? More like a peaceful tour of the Capitol. The most patriotic thing youâve ever seen.)
Set the Stage for Total Narrative Control â Once you own the language, you own the debate. (They canât keep up. I say something today, they chase it for weeks. Meanwhile, Iâve already moved on to the next headline. Theyâre too slow. Documents? Those were mine. They were very secure, in beautiful boxes, and everyone wanted them!)
Examples Theyâll Be Arguing While Youâre Winning:
Fake News? Itâs real news you donât like. (CNN, MSNBC⊠theyâre all obsessed with me!)
Law and Order? Itâs whatever you say it is. (The FBI? Rigged. The courts? Weak.)
Patriotism? Itâs about loyaltyâto you, not to the Constitution. (Ask my followers. They know who the real America is.)
Treason? Thatâs just what they call people who disagree with you. (Like those whistleblowers. Total losers.)
Perfectly Confused Everyone â By the time they finish debating what you said, youâve already changed the topic. (The beauty of the âwitch huntâ strategyââtotal exoneration,â âhoax,â âno collusionââI said it, I repeated it, and they couldnât stop me. COVID response? Best ever. Fastest. Everyone says so. It was perfect. Tremendous.)
Final Thought
In the world of power, he who controls the dictionary controls the narrative. And when you control the narrative? You control everything.
