You don’t just need supporters. You need loyalists. The kind who’ll swear allegiance, silence their doubts, and turn on anyone who hesitates. And the best part? You don’t even have to ask. Just make them prove it. It’s brilliant. Everyone’s talking about it.
Start with public displays—pledges, oaths, rallies where dissent is impossible to hide. Make people choose: are they with you, or are they against you? Blur the lines so much that even silence starts to look like betrayal. They’ll be tripping over themselves to prove they’re with you. I’ve seen it. I’ve done it. It works—tremendously.
Raise the stakes. Reward the loyalists with visibility, access, and perks. Give them a front row seat. Let them feel important. Punish the others—subtly, sure, but make it clear. Replace “I disagree” with “I’m disloyal,” and soon, disagreement won’t even cross their minds. They’ll be too busy proving they’re on your side. My side is the best side. The winningest side. There is no better side.
The best part? Once they start showing loyalty, they can’t stop. It’s like a machine. The louder they shout, the harder it is to pull back. And guess who they’re all pointing at? Me. Always me.
Fairness? Please. That’s for losers.
Consensus? Weak.

Turned Dissent into Betrayal – Forget “I disagree.” Now it’s “I’m a traitor.” Works every time. (Accuse critics of being part of the deep state. Call out Republicans who wouldn’t vote my way. “He’s a RINO. He’s a disgrace.” “Weak!” “Sad!”)
Created a Loyalty Machine – Once they start, they can’t stop. It’s a loyalty treadmill. The louder they shout, the deeper they’re hooked. (Think of the social media warriors, the influencers, the talking heads. They defended every move I made—no matter how wild. That’s loyalty, and it’s ALL to me!)
Made Yourself the Center of Gravity – Loyalty isn’t to a cause or a country—it’s to you. Without you, they’ve got nothing. (All those “Trump is the party now” moments. Remember when they booed at the idea of distancing from me after January 6? That’s power. Even after the convictions, the crowds still cheer. Amazing!)
Shifted the Narrative from Policy to Personal – Forget “the issues.” Now it’s all about loyalty to you. (The “witch hunt,” the “hoax,” the endless grievance politics. No more talk about healthcare or deficits. Just “They’re out to get me, and if you don’t stand with me, you’re next.” And don’t forget those Truth Social rants—works every time.)
Weaponized Insecurity – Made them question whether they’re loyal enough. Whisper that you’ve got your eye on them. That they could be next. (Public loyalty tests—like “Will you still support me if I run again?”—kept them guessing. Even “I like loyalty” wasn’t subtle. Remember those loyalty dinner photo-ops?)
Turned Supporters into Enforcers – You don’t have to punish the doubters—they’ll do it themselves. They’ll report each other, cancel each other, shame each other.
